Living at home may no longer be a safe or practical option for those living with a neurological condition.
If you, or a loved one, reaches a stage where home-based care is no longer an option, you may wish to consider one of MSWA’s high support accommodation facilities.
Our high support accommodation facilities are more like home, located in suburban surroundings and integrated with the local communities.
Each site has a small number of individual self-contained units offering privacy, as well as a shared communal area, providing for social interaction with fellow residents, visitors and staff.
Each residence is staffed by a manager (often a qualified nurse), an assistant coordinator, and MSWA-trained care support workers who provide 24-hour onsite care for our residents.
MSWA's high support accommodation facilities offer an age-appropriate option for younger people who would otherwise be at risk of entering aged-care facilities, due to their high care needs.
Residents must be in receipt of individual funding for supported accommodation, through the Department of Communities - Disability Services or the NDIS and meet other eligibility criteria.
Rent charges, and other living expenses apply.
We have five high support accommodation facilities located across Perth and regional WA.

- Hamilton Hill - two houses with a total of 11 one-bedroom units
- Fern River (Wilson) - six units with facilities for 10 residents
- Butler - 10 one-bedroom units
- Regional WA
- Treendale Gardens (Australind) - 11 one-bedroom units
- Albany - 10 one-bedroom units
