What can I do

The MS Society of WA has been supporting people with multiple sclerosis, their families and carers for 35 years. To achieve this, the Society relies on the help and support of individuals and businesses.

Your contribution will enable the Society to:

  • Provide specialised services for people with MS as well as support services for the carers of people with MS
  • Fund research into the cause and a cure for multiple sclerosis
  • Provide age-appropriate accommodation for people with MS

You can help by:

  • Making a donation as an individual, through a Trust or through your business
  • Participating in the Society’s $3 Multi-Choice Raffle, either by buying raffle tickets, selling tickets through your business or donated goods to be raffled
  • Participating in any one of the Society fundraising events as a participant or as a sponsor
  • Making a donation of goods to be used by people with MS or as part of the Society’s fundraising activities
  • Remembering the Society in your Will
  • Making a donation of your time by becoming a volunteer

 

We value our supporters and believe that our relationship should be mutually beneficial.

For you as an individual supporter, this usually relates to the feeling that your contribution is used effectively to meet the current needs of people with multiple sclerosis – or, if you would prefer, allocated to the Society’s research program.

For you as a business proprietor, the "win – win" relationship is based on you not only seeing that your contribution is used effectively but also that your contribution is effectively recognised to maximise your company’s advertising dollar.
