Fatigue Management
6 week courses (Wilson)

The symptom of fatigue is very common, and occurs in an estimated 90% of people with MS.   It is a troublesome symptom and is often misunderstood by family and friends because it cannot be seen or felt by others

The Department of Occupational Therapy offers an effective energy management program that research has found improves energy levels and quality of life. The program provides information and support for you to develop strategies that enable you to take control of your fatigue. Participants report improvement in their wellbeing and ability to participate in meaningful life tasks.

A group is planned for Wilson around May/June, again depending on numbers.

For further information or to register your interest and availability, please contact Heather Mearns, OT on 9365 4894 (please leave a message if Heather is not available) or email heather.mearns@mswa.org.au
